What it does
Returns the last export recorded for the model, whether it was run from the "Export" window (Esporta tavole), by your AI or as a scheduled export, like "Last export" in the "3 · Create" tab:
- date and time, whether it was scheduled, folder;
- how many files succeeded and how many failed, total time;
- the path of the report file, if one was written;
- for each file: name, format, folder, the sheets and views it contains, time, duration, outcome and error message.
How it works
- Your AI calls the tool, usually after an export or to recall the last issue.
- BIMit reads the last export saved in the preset linked to the model.
- Your AI sums up the outcome for you, for example which files failed and why.
Example requests
- "How did the last export go?"
- "Which files were not exported, and why?"
- "When did we last export, and to which folder?"
What changes and how to undo
Nothing: the tool only reads and changes neither the model nor any file.
Limits
- Works at the AI level "Read".
- Only the model's last export; if there is none, BIMit says so.
- At most 200 rows (or the number given in "limite").
