What it does
Returns the queue of the "3 · Create" tab of the BIMit "Export" window (Esporta tavole): for each chosen sheet or view and each active format (PDF, DWG, DGN, DWF, NWC, IFC, images, data) one row with the file name and the folder. It flags the rows removed from the queue and tells how many files will actually be created: the combined PDF and the data table are a single file for all sheets. NWC and IFC appear only for 3D views.
You can try different settings (for example turning DWG on) by passing changes in the "preset" parameter: they apply to this reading only and are not saved.
How it works
- Your AI names the sheets and views to check (by number, name, id, sheet set or saved selection) and, if needed, a format or a text to search for.
- BIMit reads the sheets and views in Revit, applies the export settings linked to the model and builds the queue the way the export would.
- You get the rows with file and folder, the removed rows, the active formats and how many files will be created. Nothing changes in the model or in the settings.

What changes and how to undo
Nothing: the tool only reads. Settings passed in "preset" are used only for this preview of the queue and are not saved.
Limits
AI level required: Read (the tool changes nothing).
- At least one sheet or view must be given (tavole, viste, ids, set or selezione); "*" means all.
- If no file results, the answer explains why: no active format, NWC and IFC requested for items that are not 3D views, or all rows removed.
