What it does
Manages the project's to-dos, that is the notes of type "da_fare" added with Add a note. It does three things:
- elenca (list, the default): the open to-dos; or the done ones (the last 50, with the day they were done) or all of them. Each line has the id, the text and the date, and the archive item it comes from, if any;
- completa (complete): marks one or more to-dos as done, by id ("n4"), with the date;
- riapri (reopen): makes them open again.
After complete or reopen, it answers with the to-dos it changed and the updated list; it always reports how many are open.
It does not create new to-dos: to add one, use Add a note with the type "da_fare". If an id does not exist or is a note of another type (a decision, a convention…), the tool stops and says so; the ids given before it have already been changed.
The project is the one given in "commessa"; otherwise the one active in the conversation; otherwise the one of the active document in Revit.
How it works
- Your AI asks for the list, or gives the ids to complete or reopen.
- BIMit reads the project's memory and, to complete or reopen, changes the state of those notes in the project's files on your PC. The model is not touched and there is no confirmation window. It also works with Revit closed, when the project is given or active in the conversation.
- Your AI shows you the to-dos, open or done, with their ids.

What changes and how to undo
Listing changes nothing. Complete and reopen change only the state of the to-do in the project's memory; the Revit model does not change. Undo it with the opposite action: a to-do marked done by mistake is reopened, and vice versa.
Limits
- The AI level "Read" is enough; you choose the level with the "Level" button on the BIMit tab.
- Needs a project that already exists (Project package).
- Complete and reopen apply only to notes of type "da_fare"; the done to-dos listed are at most the last 50.
