Package

Uniclass

Data › Uniclass

Coming soon

Coming soon. It will classify the model's elements with Uniclass; it has no tools yet.

What it contains

Uniclass is a package still to come (Coming soon): today it contains no tools yet. We announce it here so you know what is coming.

When it arrives, it will classify the model's elements with Uniclass.

Until it arrives, no AI sees this package or can use it, and there is nothing to switch on or off.

When to use it

  • It cannot be used yet.
  • When it arrives: when the project or the client asks for the model's elements to carry a Uniclass classification.
  • In the meantime, if you already have the codes, your AI can write them into an element parameter with the Parameters package (tool Set parameters). To code the elements according to the standard and the rules of the project there is the WBS package.

The tools

None yet. The Uniclass tools will come with a future version of BIMit and will be listed here, each with its own page.

Availability

Coming soon.

Today the package has no tools, so there is nothing to activate.

Where it is in Revit

Not on the BIMit tab yet: Coming soon packages have no button on the tab. Uniclass appears in the "All tools" window (BIMit tab › BIMit panel › Tools), in the Data area, with the yellow "Soon" label, and here on the website.

There is no BIMit window for Uniclass.
