What it contains
No tools yet. The package is announced and marked Coming soon (Presto): today it cannot be switched on and your AI sees no tools from it.
When it arrives, it will create parametric families from a description, with the Motore engine.
When to use it
Not yet: today the package does nothing. When it arrives, it will be the way to get a parametric family from a description.
In the meantime, for the families already loaded in the project:
- Families: lists the loaded families, reads their parameters and removes the ones you do not need.
- Place family, in the Modify package: places instances of an already loaded family type in the model.
The tools
No tools yet. The package will create parametric families from a description, with the Motore engine; its tools will come together with the engine.
Where it is in Revit
It is not on the BIMit tab yet: packages still to come have no button in the area panels. You find it in the "All tools" window, at BIMit tab › BIMit panel › Tools, in the Model building area, with the yellow "Soon" label. It has no BIMit window of its own.
