Introduction

UNIBIM is an Autodesk Revit plugin that automatically classifies BIM elements using the Uniclass 2015 international standard. Compatible with Revit 2022-2025.

Why Uniclass 2015?

Uniclass 2015 is the international standard for BIM classification, compliant with ISO 12006-2:2015. It's mandatory for UK projects and widely adopted globally for:

  • ✅ Consistent project organization
  • ✅ Accurate cost estimation and scheduling
  • ✅ Interoperability between BIM software
  • ✅ Asset management and facility operations

How UNIBIM Works

Simple 4-step workflow:

  1. Select Elements: Choose doors, windows, walls, or any building component in Revit
  2. Classify: Click "Assign Pr" (Products) or "Assign Ss" (Systems)
  3. Review: Check suggested classifications, edit if needed
  4. Apply: Write codes automatically to Revit parameters

Time saved: Classify 100+ elements in 5 minutes instead of 2-3 hours of manual work.
