BIMit Terms of Use
Translation: in case of discrepancy the Italian version prevails.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
BIMit is a plugin for Autodesk Revit developed by Paulo Giavoni — DynaTools ("we", "us"). By installing or using BIMit you accept these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use BIMit in your professional activity. You may not resell, sublicense, decompile or modify the plugin, nor circumvent its access and version controls.
2. Account
To use BIMit you need a personal DynaTools account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out with your account. We undertake to process your data as described in the privacy policy.
3. Free beta and future plans
During the beta BIMit is free of charge. In the future we may introduce paid plans: we will inform you in advance and no charge will be made without your explicit agreement.
4. Updates
We may release updates at any time. Some may be necessary to continue using the plugin (for example to fix errors or for security reasons); for the same reasons we may temporarily suspend the operation of the plugin.
5. Use and liability
BIMit writes data to your Revit models. Always check the preview before writing and keep copies of your models. You remain responsible for checking the data and the WBS codes produced and for their use in your projects.
BIMit is provided "as is", especially during the beta, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or loss of contracts arising from the use of the plugin. This does not affect cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. End of service
You can stop using BIMit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend your account if you breach these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
7. Trademarks
Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. BIMit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Autodesk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use BIMit as a consumer, the protections of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) remain unaffected.
