By downloading, installing, or using UNIBIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

UNIBIM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. Free vs Premium Features

Free Plan Includes:

• Uniclass Level 1-2 Classification
• Smart Location (automatic Space assignment)
• Configuration tools
• Batch processing

Premium Plan Adds:

• Excel export for classification and location results
• Level 3-4 Classification (AI-powered)
• Priority email support

4. Payment Terms (Premium)

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at €29/month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your account credentials
• Use the software for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

UNIBIM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

UNIBIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to UNIBIM at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of UNIBIM after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
